I’ve been off of the pill for about 6 months now. When I’m not on my period I feel a a MILLION times better. But when I am on my period, the pain is through the roof. I was put on the pill when I was 13 to help with cramps, and now that I’m 24 I was tired of the effects it was having on my body. I went to the gyno to discuss the pain and she pushed different birth control options, but wasn’t addressing the pain. This month I called into work and was about to go to the ER I was in so much pain. I feel like this isn’t normal...??? Why am I hurting so badly??
