Week late, AF shows

Hey everyone... Some months I am having super irregular periods- 1 week to 3 weeks late. Would you suggest I get help from a Dr w trying to conceive? It's been 7 months now, and it's really hard to know when I'm ovulating. Any advice or similar stories will help! Thanks for a great support system!
