Help!!! Please?

So for the last couple of days Iv been having this really sharp pain in my lower right side (in between my hip and pelvic area) it comes on very quickly and disappears within a couple of seconds but it happens a few times a day mainly when I’m walking around. I’m sure I ovulated two days early cause I always always get sore breasts the day after I ovulated and I got sore boobs on the 19th of Feb. On the 25th of Feb I also had what I thought was a urine infection because I constantly needed to go for a wee and there was a lot of pressure when I did go but it only lasted for a couple of hours and I haven’t had it since. I’m not sure what’s going on but Iv never had it before. Any ideas?
