Low Estrogen? Perimenopause?

I believe I'm suffering from low estrogen. I can go 6 months without a period. My sex drive is almost nonexistent. I'm having all the symptoms of premenopause

May not necessarily be that. I think I suffer the same thing, but my doctor suggested it might be PCOS or metabolic syndrome.

I wanted to know if it's possible for me to be premenopausal at 20 or if it is just low estrogen, what can I do about this?
