My son struggled with being a picky eater, slow weight gain and also a speech delay. We started with early intervention back in March and his speech has progressed greatly but we just got him evaluated for a tongue tie yesterday and they said he definitely has one and I already have it set up to get clipped. We’re thinking this may be the reason that he’s been such a picky eater never really eating meat or anything that he has to chew too much. Also with his progress with speech it’s been great but I know there’s still more things that this will probably help in the long run. Just wondering if anybody else went through this yet and has any suggestions or help tips. I’m nervous because they talked about certain exercises and therapy he should do to make sure it doesn’t reattach. He’s just going through those terrible twos and stubbornness lately and I’m worried it’s going be hard to get him to do these exercises as he should.
