No. My insurance company and I pay a lot of money. 😭

We did but where my son was born, in a small European country, it is customary to do that.  We got gifts for my delivery doctor and midwife.  Also the pediatric nurses and especially the pediatric doctor.

My dr was a douche canoe and I hardly saw any of the nurses that were in the hospital.

I guess it depends on culture. In Europe, most health problems are covered by insurance and people usually give gifts to their doctor/nurses just to show appreciation.

I will not be having a birth at the hospital so no I will not. Mt fiancé’s mom is a nurse and I will probably have her, my fiancé, and my sister (maybe) there. They don’t need gifts 🤷‍♀️
