Thanksgiving Baby!!!

Yes this is a few days late but I still want to share my birth story. Beware its long. ;)

Thanksgiving morning at 8 I woke up to blood when I wiped wasn't bright and I expected it since I had a cervical exam the day before. Well after waking the husband we decided to head to labor and delivery to check. (38+3 taken off makena shot at 37 weeks ready for baby) We arrived got checked in at 900 am started to have mild cramping but nothing was regular and I was dilated to a 2 which I had been for 3 weeks. They decided to send me home after 30 minutes of observation. Went home gone an hr and 15 I started to get increasing amounts of contractions to the point I was throwing up and could barely walk. We went back the hospital arrival and checked in at 1100 am. The nurse only had time to put a fetal monitor on before my water broke. 26 minutes of pushing our baby girl was born. Meika eve Flick 7lbs 5oz 18 inches.
