My son is 9, my daughter will be 2 in June. I never wanted kids until I had my first, then after my second my mindset changed.

I want to have a big family and my fiancé has always wanted a big family. He's content with 2 or with 10 kids.

My problem is my work. I've been with the same place for 10 years now and they do act differently towards me now that I have 2 kids. Deep down I think that's why I waited so long to have #2.

I live my job (to an extent) I know if I had another, I'd have no choice but to leave.

I just don't want to regret not having more kids one day when it's too late.

More of a rant but any advice is welcome!
