Really strange one! I have no period pain at all. Great! I hear you shout! Nope, not for me. What is going on! I came off the pill about 3 months ago.

Had a withdrawal bleed a few days later and my cycles been about 32 days long which is about right for me too. All seems good there so far. BUT... I have ENDOMETRIOSIS! and PCOS! and the most horrendous PMS. I literally cramp so badly and bleed so much each month so I've come to expect that so obviously you can imagine my concerns when there's 0. Zilch. Not even a tiny little twang?! I started cod liver oil and evening primrose oil a few months back but surely that wouldn't oust the pain? I'm bleeding really heavy too so I'm just super confused. Any incite would be really appreciated.
