So do newborn borns grow out of their newborn clothes fast ? If so should I start by getting sum 0-3 month clothes too ?! May I also ask how long do newborn grow out of there newborn clothes ?

My first was born 6 lb 2 oz and was in newborn for 6-8 weeks. My second was 8 lb 11 oz and was in newborn for 2 weeks or so. It all depends how big baby is.

My daughter is just over 3 months old & still fits in newborn sizes, but she’s small for her age 🤷🏻‍♀️ all babies are different for sure

In general, I feel like they grow out of clothes fast when they are babies.

I think it’s a good idea to have plenty of 0-3 months clothes just in case. My son was 7lb3oz, but extremely long and he only fit in NB sizes for 2 weeks. My sisters daughters were all average sized babies and they all stayed in NB for several months, so it really depends on the baby.

My first born was almost 8 lbs and my second born was almost 9 lbs so they fit into nb maybe a week or two 🤦🏽‍♀️ so it just depends on the size of your baby.

We have like 7 newborn outfits and aren’t planning to get anymore because they’ll probably only be in them a few week. We’re stocking up more on 0-3 and 3-6.
