No. True pregnancy symptoms won't happen until after implantation which is a bit ways away.

It can depend on the symptoms.  My sister in law was nauseous the day after conception with both her kids.  With the second it's how she knew she was pregnant.

I've had a few false starts and with each one my breasts were sore a week before my period was due.  I've had one miscarriage and three fetilized eggs that didn't stick.

No two bodies are the same and although most people don't experience symptoms until several weeks in,  some get them right away.

I'm very in tune with my body and had nausea starting 2 weeks after conception with my first child. Im having the same symptoms now.
