Stomach Bug 5 Weeks Pregnant

My toddler just passed her stomach bug down to me. Poor thing has been sick for two days straight and I thought it was hard being pregnant cleaning all her vomit up... it’s way worse being the recipient. 🤢 Can’t take pepto bismol, and I cannot keep the Gatorade down. Trying ginger ale. Any other suggestions? This is awful!
