Reasons for period not to come?

Need help:

The last I had my period was Jan 15-23, I take my BC consistently and don’t miss a day. Every since January 1st, I’ve changed my diet and have been working out 5-7 days weekly. My period was supposed to come Feb 17, I LIGHTLY bled for a day, very light which I’m a medium - heavy bleeder usually.

I have also been very stressed

Would this all (diet change, working out & stress) stop my period? I’m around 225, so it’s not like I’m a fit queen & never miss a period
