Early pregnancy 4 week 6days help-symptoms

Hi guys 2nd pregnancy will be 1st baby , I’m just wonder when do people get symptoms as I still feel normal I did have a few cramps yesterday but that’s it my boobs hurt on and off that’s literally it? Apart from decreased appetite and needing a wee more often , needing reassurance. I’m not exactly exhausted either ? I’m guessing too early but any advice will be nice
