The "talk" With Parents

My boyfriend and I have been having sex for a while now and I've had 2 pregnancy scares. I'm ready to tell my mom we are being sexually active, I just don't know how to break it to her. I'm pretty young so I know she won't be happy at first. Any ideas on how to talk to her about it?
