I’m exclusively pumping because baby is in NICU. I was pumping every 2-3 hours and taking a 5 hour break at night. Supply was increasing nicely until, when at about 2 weeks postpartum, I decreased pumping settings due to sore nipples and ended up badly engorged. With the help of an LC I was able to get all the backed up milk out but now I feel like I’m back at square one. Getting less than 15 mL from both sides per pump. I’m also pumping more frequently. Will my supply ever go back up? I’m getting so frustrated. Baby has been started on my BM and I feel so much pressure to keep up as they increase his feeds 😩
