Stuff to buy for baby??

What do I need to buy for the baby? Like when I bring him or her home what things do I need to already have bought and set up? I don't want to buy what I don't need

Car seat. You can't leave the hospital without it. Somewhere for the baby to sleep, bassinet, crib or pack n' play. Bath tub or support of some kind. Blankets, maybe a few bottles and pacifiers of you plan to use them.   Bibs and spit up rags. Diapers and wipes. Lotion. Maybe a swing or bouncer so you have somewhere to put the baby down when you need a break. You really won't need nearly as much as you think.
