Does it necessarily mean PCOS?

PCOS?" />

Symptoms:

- 40-45 (mostly 40) day cycles. Period is a normal amount and not painful.

- LH surge in urine more than once a cycle.

- Acne around ovulation/period. Sometimes cystic.

- Pain in uterus during sex around ovulation only.

- Losing hair (always have. Mom has the same thing with her hair but no PCOS).

Had an ultrasound that showed some cysts. All my blood work has always come back normal (but not sure if I’ve had any blood tests specifically for PCOS?).

I am 24, have had two kids naturally and conceived them both on the first try.

I had a chemical pregnancy a few months ago. Been trying for 7 months.
