Little to no CM?

If you have little to no obvious CM, does that mean you are infertile??

Maybe consider adding more omega 3's to your diet too, nuts and fish or taking fish oil pills bc that helps a ton, my first month of clomid left me super dry and it made a huge difference to stay well hydrated and keep my vitamin c and omega 3 levels a little higher

Most likely it means you are dehydrated. Also, vitamin c aids in fertile cm production. 
I always saw a huge difference in months when I was conscientious about the amount of water I drank, and when I drank rose hip tea (a great source of vit c).

Nope! Everyone is different. Try preseed since it mimics cm :)
