I have been breastfeeding my child for almost 10 months. (She turned 10 months on the 12th)

I got my period 6 weeks postpartum and it has been super regular since.

I have been wanting to try for another one and wanted to know if breastfeeding would affect it anyway? I took an ovulation test (clear blue) twice yesterday. the morning had the blinking smiley face and then night time had a smiley face (which means I was the most fertile), so I do think I wouldn’t have too much of a hard time conceiving even though i am breastfeeding, especially since my daughter eats more table food then breast milk a day, but I was told by quite a few people it doesn’t matter and I won’t be fertile until I stop breastfeeding
