Cramping before Ovulation
Hello all! Has anyone experienced cramping before they ovulate? I never started my period for this cycle, but my doctor did blood test for progesterone (it was low) and ultrasound showed thin lining so he started me on Letrozole. I finished my last pill 3 days ago and have been cramping today and yesterday. Negative OPK’s. I go in for my ultrasound tomorrow so hopefully it’s a good sign!
