Tonight I was getting ready to lay baby down and she tilted her head up , and I noticed that her neck is raw .

She has some chunky cheeks, and a chunky neck with a roll or two in it. 😅

As a FTM I guess it never crossed my mind that this could happen . I’m assuming it’s from it getting wet, and probably not being cleaned/ dried properly...

I only bathe my daughter twice a week, and I make sure to take a wash cloth through there and clean it .. her dad gets her out dries her and gets her dressed, so I’m not sure if he dries her neck.... 😐

But I will also use the collar of her shirt to wipe drool or milk 🤦🏻‍♀️ so it’s probably my fault that she has it . I cleaned it with a wash cloth , and put a thin layer of desitin on it.

It’s not bad, it’s just a small part in her neck roll.

Any recommendations? I don’t even know if desitin will work, it was just the only thing I could think of... I feel awful .
