Trouble sleeping in bassinet

My baby girl is a month old today. For the first 3 weeks she would only sleep in the bassinet for like 30 mins then wanted to sleep on us the rest of the night. This past week we’ve been working on the bassinet. She will sleep for 1-2 hours at a time now, and others still 30 mins. We are using white noise, a weighted sleep sack (she hates being swaddled). I feel like I’ve tried everything. Help!!
