I have a 1 month old and I breastfeed and bottle feed I usually have 1 cigarettes after bottle feeding cause she won’t eat for another 4 hours I don’t smoke a lot one every other day working on quoting but how long should I wait to breastfeed after smoking one or even a vape ?
