Help... what is this started fertile week yesterday (sunday) and wiped and got this on Saturday

ok ...I'll just wait it out and see..I just got off clomid 4 months ago with no luck and supposed to see a fertility specialist Dec 11 so I'm keeping my fingers crossed but not getting hopes up
