I started having mild period type cramps in my lower abdomen, ovaries and lower back on Monday which was 5DPO-7DPO (not sure which day I ovulated). The cramping continued Monday and Tuesday with some gas and bloating. I was able to use the bathroom during both days though and cramping never relieved. Wednesday and Thursday I still had a little cramping and back pain but was totally constipated. I took stool softener last night and today have no cramping and feel less bloated but gassy.

I never cramp before a period. I’m still four days out from my next one. Possible implantation cramps, constipation or something else?
