Menstrual cup accident

Hi! So I have used my Lynette for a few months now and I love it but I've never changed it in a public restroom. Today I didn't have another option so I brought my soap and everything and went about it. THEN I DROPPED it on the floor. Of a public bathroom. I picked it up right away and washed it out immediately in the sink with the special soap I have for it. But I didn't have any other options and I put it back in myself. Does anyone know if I'm at risk for any infections or something due to this? Please help I'm super grossed out.
