I am getting a divorce and both cars are in his name. I can not afford the payments can I return the car to him?

Yes you can give them to him cause they are in his name. Unless I’m the divorce you agreed to pay the payments on them

I had a similar situation. My ex was willing to let me keep the car that was in his name because my credit was bad and I couldn’t get it in my name but I didn’t want to make payments on a car in his name so I just gave it to him
