I just found out last week that I was pregnant. Yesterday I had light cramping for about 3 minutes on my left side with a little pinkish spotting. Called the on call doctor and they told me that it was normal. I woke up this morning with a light to medium bleeding. Not filling a pad with an hour or 2 . I’m not cramping or anything but I went to the ER today they did a transvaginal ultrasound and seen nothing (couldn’t even confirm how far along I am) and checked my HCG levels for the first time it was at 33. They want me to come back on Monday for retest since they’re not sure what my levels were before today. Just went to the restroom and after peeing it’s small droplets of blood in the toilet and when I wiped I had small clots. Should I go back to the ER? Is this a miscarriage?

UPDATE: I just went to the bathroom and the bleeding has lightened up a little bit and no more clots and no drops in the toilet after peeing.
