Pap smear anxiety
Hey y’all, I have been having some period issues so I am booking my first gynecologist appointment. I’m only 19 and I’m like super nervous. I know what to expect but I’m not nervous about a new person going near my lady bits. Do you have any tips or tricks to reduce the anxiety over the whole appointment?
