Hey ladies. I’m posting this just for some tips and advice on what to do about a Pap smear! So I’m turning 18 in 2 months, I’m a virgin and have never had sexual contact in anyway, and I am very afraid of the whole experience

I was just wondering if 18 is the best time to get checked up?

Should I wait till I’m sexually active?

Should I be concerned or worried as a virgin?

Is there anyway to ask for a specific doctor ? (Such as female or young instead of old?) just for comfort reasons

Does it cost anything?

And what’s some ways to relax and ease your mind?
