I am 7 weeks 3 days pregnant with my 4th baby and 4th time having hyperemesis. My ob started me on Zofran 4mg dissovable tablets every 8 hours as needed and it isn't working😫😭 how many milligrams have you ladies found effective? I believe I was on 8mg not 4mg the last 3 babies so I'll be asking my doctor to up my dosage since the 4 isn't doing anything at alll. I've heard of Zofran not working in subsequent pregnancies or the hyperemesis being worse each time and im so terrified I won't be able to get this under control.
