Sleeping on the floor phase?

Is it normal for a 3 year old to go through a phase where they refuse to sleep in their bed & insist on sleeping on the floor?

Because my 3 year old is doing it 😅 For the past 3 days she refuses to sleep in her bed but instead wants to sleep on this giant stuffed narwhal we got her for her birthday last year.

I’ve even tried putting the narwhal in her bed so she can sleep on top of it but she just ends up dragging it onto the floor to sleep on it that way.
