is it possible that i had a heat stroke today? i went to the city with my parents since we only live in a small town with basically no shops and everything was fine expect for pelvic pain — i was expecting my period to come but since it’s been 7 months (yes, i am going to see a doctor about that, just need to find the right time where i don’t have work). then on the way home, we had a bbq instead of takeaway and it wasn’t that hot, only 20 degrees. everything was also fine, the meat was cooked properly and i was drinking water. it was only when we were about to leave is when i was starting to feel nauseous and lightheaded but when we got into the car, i felt my vision go blurry, ears going blocked + ringing sounds, more lightheaded than before that i thought i was going to faint and tingling throughout my whole body which scared me the most. i ended drinking more water along with dad turning on the cooler while i went to sleep. i’m feeling better now after the sleep but i’m still not 100%

when i do go to the doctors, should i tell them what happened?

notes: i was not wearing a jumper. i was wearing a short sleeve top along with shorts + we were sitting in the shade.
