Implantation Bleeding?

I got a positive pregnancy test at 10DPO. I am about 4 weeks today. This morning I wiped and had some light brown spotting/bleeding. I have also been a little crampy, but nothing crazy or painful. Would this be implantation spotting or is this something I should contact the doctor about tomorrow morning?
