Missed period - advice please! Xx

Hello everyone.

So I need some advice/help please.

I was due to come on my period on the 4th of March and usually my period starts 2 days before my previous period (6th February was my last period and 8th January the month before).

I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative.

Could I be pregnant? I have had some potential symptoms that suggest I could be.

I had my Mirena IUD taken out in September and since then my periods have been frequent and normal for me!

I’m 23 and healthy so I’m not sure what this means.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

(I’m new to this app so I’m not sure on all the jargon so please let me know in layman’s terms)
