Need some new tips
Ok so for years even when I was in the best shape of my life I'd pms for a week before (water weight,bloating,mood swings,excessive hunger) and then I get the heavy bleeding along with all the other symptoms I mentioned and horrible cramps. Midol and all the other meds don't work,tea,heat pads, these love (forgot the full name) debloating/mood booster pills, birth control did not work for me and the doctor just tells me this above so I just need different ideas because I known the time of the month is supposed to suck but I just want it to suck less because they last for a long time and I also have the heavy bleeding and chunks and I'm just at my wits end. Probably because I'm on it right now too😆
