Am I going to the wrong church or what? Everyone at my church is pretty nice for the most part but I don’t want t be deceived I want to hear the word of God how He intended. At our church Bible study, we don’t focus that much on the actual Bible we mostly just talk about things that are going on in life. 😞 and I just sit there like omg. I was bringing up that I was confused on what I should do because the Bible says one thing but when they are too many conflicting opinions. Then was told, there is no “right way.” So I’m just like but what does God say? I want to live by His word as closely as possible. I almost feel like my church is full of lukewarm Christians?

I know I’m not supposed to judge I really know that. I just take this seriously because I love Jesus and I want to live by His doctrine, and being told that there is no right way to live is not helping me.

They also mentioned that God may be telling someone one thing but leading someone down a different path..my belief is that God wants all of us to have salvation!! I am so confused and after asking questions I feel even more confused!! 2 people in the group agreed with me, saying that we should correct people on what is the truth and i agreed with them but the actual Bible study leader didn’t seem to. Also I try not to judge as God’s biggest commandments are to love Him with all of our heart and also to love our neighbors as ourselves! But he also created doctrine for us to follow for a reason so we can have salvation! What would you do?
