Another baby?

Question

How do you know when you’re ‘done’. 
I have a 6.5 year old (ex partner) and an almost 1 year old. 
After I had my youngest I threw all my maternity / pregnancy related stuff out thinking she was the last. 
3 months in (after baby 2) partner starts talking about a third and ‘trying’ for a boy. 
How do I know if we are done? 
Do we have baby 3? 
What age gap?

I would definitely wait until you’re with this person for at least a year. Three months is hardly enough time to know someone, let alone start a family with them.

My personal experience. Met my hubby dated 3 weeks for pregnant. Already had a 5 year old from a previous marriage. 8 weeks in we got married. On our 1 year anniversary found out I was pregnant again. Babies are 1 year apart. Omg was it rough for a few years. Them being so close together. We both were like no way we are soo done. Hubby got a vasectomy. Three years later I really wanted another baby. He didn’t. Took three more years for him to come around to the idea. He got a reversal and bam pregnant 5 weeks later. Expecting in May. For me I just felt in my heart after a few years I wasn’t done.
