What are my chances to conceive naturally with the below semen analysis report??

we have been trying for 6-7 months now and I am totally shattered looking at this report. Please help me understand my chances naturally or with IUI.

pH is high, concentration is low, total motile count is low, motility % is low, morphology is on the edge. Not best results. Definitely needs some improvement. I would recommend FertileAid for Men, Count Boost and Motility Boost. It did wonders for my husbands numbers!
