I am so sure that I ovulated on Friday. I had a stitch pain, lots of EWCM and a peak OPK on Friday. Can my temps me wrong?

I don’t sleep well at night and also sleep with my mouth open. My husband leaves at different times in the mornings and wakes me as well.

This morning it was 4.45am that I tested and my temp was lower instead of rising. I took it again at 7.00 as usual after being asleep for only an hour and it rose.

I have attached Ff BBT chart where I inputted my 4.45 temp and my glow btt chart that I inputted my 7.00 temp.

Any help.

I try to temp at 7.00 and as soon as I wake. Next month I’ll change to vaginal temping!
