How to dry breast milk?

Any tips on how to dry your breast milk naturally? 
I have been breastfeeding and pumping because I have a lot of milk and I want to start lowering it and then completely stopping.

Stop pumping, that’s signaling your body to make more. I stopped cold turkey when my son was 2 and it took 2-3 weeks to completely dry up and I wasn’t doing anything extra to stop it. 
You can try cabbage leaves in your bra, Earth Mama makes a “no more milk” tea, wear tight shirts. They also make circular shaped ice packs to help with any swelling/tenderness you’ll experience.

After each baby when I’m done I just start spacing out pump sessions further and further. I’d tried cold turkey but the engorgement was so bad I couldn’t stand holding baby or lying down etc. I take about a week to wean off pumping and then all done.

Cold cabbage leaves on the breasts. Take regular sudafed once a day. Try not to stimulate the nipples at all, even water in the shower.

I had/have this issue. I was a super oversupplier (like I pumped 50oz + a day). I tried everything to decrease my supply—teas, oils, cabbage leaves, Sudafed, less pumping(which gave me mastitis twice and so many clogs)...none of it worked, at all. It was like a light switch for my breasts, one day it just started decreasing on its own, so I was able to start decreasing my pumping and I’m now down to pumping twice a day (morning and night). You can try all the different “remedies,” but your breasts will decrease in their own in due time. My son is now 13 months and I still produce, hoping to stop completely by the time he’s 15 months 🤞
