Help please!

Okay I'm really concerned. So I was supposed to start my period and no blood came but I had bad cramps. So I thought maybe if I had sex it would help. I started bleeding and felt better but I stopped bleeding and now I have bad cramps again... Does anyone have any ideas? Anything would be so appreciated.
