Would you still fight for your marriage?

Question

Husband wants a divorce and his firm on it, but you don’t want one. Would you try everything and you can to save your marriage or would you just  give him what he’s asking for?￼

I’m not going to plead with someone who doesn’t want me. If he was open to working on things, great; if he’s saying no way in hell is he going to change his mind, it’s time to cut your losses.

I don't want to be with someone who doesn't want to be with me. I want someone to WANTS me and will FIGHT for me. Not for me to beg and plead with them to stay with me. So no. I'd walk away.

No. If my husband ever asks for a divorce he can leave and I’m filing the next day. I’ve been divorced before and it was awful to go through but it made me really strong. I know I can survive without a man. It does hurt but you’ll find strength you never knew you had.

If his heart isn’t in it, forcing him to stay will only breed resentment. 
The more you prolong it the harder it will be for you, and the worse the fallout will be. 
If he has no interest in being married anymore, why would you want him to fake it and stay?

I love him and I know he loves me do I’d suggest we go to counseling to see if we can work through whatever is going on. I see most women saying they’d just let him go if he didn’t want to be there, but if we are married, I’m owed more than that and I don’t think it’s wrong to ask for an explanation. Plus I highly doubt he’d let me just walk out on our marriage without at least some discussion and counseling. 
People need to understand what marriage is all about before getting married. It’s not a joke and both parties have responsibilities to each other.

What's his reasoning? If for no reason then no I'd just give it to him and be done with it, if it's something I caused I would fight, if it's something he caused then he better be the one fighting for it. But for the most part be with someone who wants to be with you.
