Why does my ttc percentage say 3%

Question

Every day before my period is its this percentage. Can i make it go higher for greater chances of conceving. My best day is 33%

Because you're not fertile enough during that time to conceive. Your highest chances are during your fertile week about 3 days before ovulation and ovulation day and it shows a day or so after. There's nothing you can do to change that percentage. The only way you might is thru your exercises. If you log that you exercise then you'll have a healthier chance conceiving. It's based on age and other factors as well.

You can only concieve some days BEFORE ovulation and your ovulation day, maybe 1 day after ovulation. On the other days of your cycle you can't concieve because there is no egg that could be fertilized. Therefore: you can't increase precentage. I think you should inform yourself HOW fertility works. I assume the 3% that's there after ovulation is just incase the info on the app due to anovulatory cycles or irregular cycles or not being able to determine ovulation exactly is not correct or 100%. So ignore the 3% an focus on your "green days". There is no way to get the percentage any higher than 33% on your most fertile day. Conceiving on any healthy given cycle cannot be guaranteed even if you bd at exactly the right moment:) hope this helps:)

No you can't increase the percentage. It's 33% when you have ovulated, after that it's a low percent as there isn't any chance in getting pregnant, you only ovulate once in your cycle (some people can ovulate twice, rarely) x

Loosing weight won't change the percentages! Fertility is independent of that if u have regular cycles already.. And don't have any other condition like pcos ..etc
