So upset

So I went in for my first ultrasound yesterday and found out I was pregnant with identical twins ( I'm a twin too) I was so excited and then she tells me one looks like it passed away earlier in the pregnancy, if that wasn't heartbreaking enough, she said next that she couldn't find a heartbeat on the second either... It said I was 10wks and 5 days along.. I'm so upset. I go back on Wednesday to have another ultrasound and more blood work then I guess talk about the next thing to do from there.. This is one of the hardest things I've had to deal with. I have 2 beautiful little girls, one 8 and one almost 2 so I'm so thankful for them but its still so hard to go threw..
