Ignore all temp fluctuations during your luteal phase (so many women over analyze, and consequently stress) over every little dip and rise after O. Ignore that! You only need to focus on the 3 elevated temps after O, and a substantial dip right before AF. (Or 16+ days of elevated temps signifies potential pregnancy) but all dips and blips in between do not need to be stressed about! Good luck!!!
