How long did you wait before announcing your news to everyone? I’m 9W-3D and I just want to scream it to the world! 💜💙

We told our close family around 6 weeks. Waiting to announce to social media and friends until first day of spring. We found this super cute thing!

With our first we told very early. I know people feel differently about how long you should wait but personally I feel like if a loss is going to happen I’ll want the support from the people I love enough to tell in the first place.

We told immediate family and close friends at around 6 weeks. I also had my MIL in town staying with us around that time, so the fact that I wasn’t drinking wine with her, and kept throwing up all day kind of made it obvious 😂 We’re waiting until closer to 12 weeks to make an official announcement. Plus it’ll put us close to Easter and I’ve already got a cute Easter announcement planed

With my first we told our parents immediately (at 5 weeks). We told extended family after the first ultrasound (around 7weeks) and I told my coworkers and employer around 8 weeks because I was so sick and I work with food so it was a struggle. I also started showing pretty early like 10 weeks because I lost so much weight from being sick. We announced on social media at 12 weeks though, although most people already knew.
With baby number 2 I think we will follow the same pattern.

For my first child I waited til 14 weeks because I had 4 miscarriages before. This one we are waiting til maybe 12 weeks when we get NIPT results. 
Honestly, there's no wrong time. Just do what you feel is right for you!

Immediate family know right away. With my last pregnancy we announced around 12 weeks. This one, I’m thinking somewhere between 16-20 weeks.
