Fertility pills???

Question

I just turned 38 last month. I just got my iud out 4 days ago. Do you all recommend a fertility supplement? I’ve read good and bad about vitex? I know I took one and got pregnant with my 2 year old but I can’t remember what it was. Help!

If you aren't irregular, do not take vitex.  It can have damaging effects in your cycle if taken and not needed!!!! Here are some great vitamins to take while TTC: 
Folate, prenatal vitamin, DHA, zinc, B12, myo-inositol, ashwagandha, maca, and D3. 
You hve to stop taking maca and ashwagandha when you get your BFP.

I used vitex and macca root which are great to conceive with but very little advice on when to stop taking it as its not safe during pregnancy. I stopped taking it after my BFP and then miscarried 4 days later and I'm convinced it was because of it
