6 weeks and symptoms went away

I had my first IVF transfer. I am now 6 weeks with my first ultrasound this Thursday. Very early on I had sensitive smell, fatigue, sore breasts, slight nausea but nothing too bad. Then they all just stopped a day or two ago. Still a little tired but not as bad as I was last week. Since I did IVF I am on progesterone and estrogen medication. So I’m not even sure if the symptoms I had were real as they are all side effects of medication. But now that they all disappeared I am getting worried. I have never been pregnant before so it makes me even more nervous that I don’t know how it’s supposed to be
